Common Questions

Do I still need training if I'm using compliance software?

Yes. Compliance software helps manage your program — it doesn’t train your staff or provide the documented evidence AUSTRAC requires of their awareness. Tranche 2 requires proof that staff understand their obligations.

I can't log in. What should I do?
First, try the Forgot password link on the login page. Check your spam folder. If you still need help, email us at [email protected] with your name and registered email.
I've purchased but haven't received my login details

Individual course ($50): Check your spam folder. The welcome email comes from our Moodle platform.

GET-READY Bundle ($250): We send an invoice and provision access within 1 business day of payment. You’ll receive an email with your manager login details.

How do I enrol my staff? (Bundle customers)
When your bundle is provisioned, we email you an enrolment key and a template email. Your staff use the key to self-enrol. You can then track progress via your dedicated manager dashboard.
I purchased a GET-READY Bundle. Should I create a new account?
No. As the practice manager/AMLCO, we manually provision your premium dashboard. You will receive an onboarding email with your specific Username and Temporary Password. Please do not create a standard student account.
